Position: General Manager – Powersports
We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead dealership operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts
- Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop department managers
- Establish a culture of accountability and performance
- Monitor financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Create a positive, professional work environment
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Powersports or automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience with CDK or Lightspeed is a plus
