What You’ll Do
- Manage parts sales from start to finish
- Track down in-stock and hard-to-find parts
- Assist with special orders and custom requests
- Keep customers updated on order status
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Stay compliant with all industry regulations
What You Bring
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communication skills, in person and on the phone
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
