What You’ll Do
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
- Manage parts sales from start to finish, including ordering and follow-up
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organization
- Track and communicate order status with customers and service team
- Handle special orders and ensure timely delivery
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
- Follow company safety policies and industry regulations
What You Bring
- Parts, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
