What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with energy and professionalism
- Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
- Listen closely to concerns and clearly communicate them to technicians
- Keep customers informed on repairs, costs, and timelines
- Track each vehicle’s progress and provide consistent updates
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
- Review completed work and charges with clarity and confidence
- Stay organized and handle multiple tasks throughout the day
What You Bring
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (or willingness to learn)
- Professional, positive attitude with strong follow-through
- Ability to listen, solve problems, and build trust with customers
