Karl Malone PowerSports is seeking a Parts Department Assistant. We are growing like crazy. We are looking to build our team, as get ready for the 2025 season and our NEW BUILDING .As a member of our team, you will help support customers and staff in identifying, pricing, and locating standard-issued and custom parts. Your position is vital, as we all know. nor a custom dreams be fulfilled, without parts and accessories.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales of parts from start to finish
- Work with the Parts Manager to locate any parts, not in stock
- Aid in locating and completing special order part requests for the customer
- Communicate with customers on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and maintain all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
