What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations (staff, service, and kitchen flow)
- Manage and motivate a team of drivers & our veteran in-store crew
- Ensure fast, high-quality food and great customer service
- Learn our scheduling & ordering processes
- Keep a clean & organized store that runs smoothly
- Starting pay commensurate with experience and proven results, with performance-based bonuses and regular merit-based reviews.

- Leadership experience (restaurant preferred, not required)
