Chick-fil-A 52nd and Wadsworth is seeking a Front of House Director to lead and elevate our Drive-Thru and Dining Room operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while developing high-performing teams.
About the Role
The Front of House Director oversees daily operations for the Drive-Thru and Dining Room, ensuring speed, accuracy, hospitality, and consistency. This leader sets the tone for guest experience, coaches leaders and team members, and partners closely with other directors to execute our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Front of House operations, including Drive-Thru and Dining Room
- Champion an outstanding guest experience through hospitality, speed, and accuracy
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front of House leaders and team members
- Set performance expectations and hold teams accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
- Manage labor, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Create and maintain systems that support consistency and growth
- Model Chick-fil-A values and culture in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced service environment
- Chick-fil-A leadership experience preferred
- Strong people-development and coaching skills
- Ability to lead under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for serving others and creating remarkable experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including peak business times and evenings
