Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee all shift operations, including welcoming and serving customers. An ideal candidate is eager to learn, has open availability, and a positive attitude. No experience is required - if you are the right fit for the job, we will train you.
Quick service restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
- Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
- Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)
- Report maintenance and training needs
Skills
- Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills
