Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for leading all back-of-house operations to ensure food safety, quality, speed and operational excellence. The leader will develop and coach team members, maintain high standards in food preparation, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during all service times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leader will set the tone for teamwork, accountability and excellence in the kitchen
- Lead, train, and develop team members to maintain Chick-fil-A operational standards.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage labor and food cost targets
- Schedule and ensure efficient staffing levels.

Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or kitchen leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Be available for day and night shifts, including Saturdays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry.
