About Us
Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is a family-owned and operated establishment in the heart of Hudson, Ohio. For more than 19 years, owners JJ and Kevin Altomare, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, have shared their passion for exceptional food and hospitality with the community. We serve lunch and dinner six days a week, plus Saturday brunch, and we’re known for our innovative menus and themed pop-up events that bring joy and excitement to every season.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Prepare ingredients for service (chopping, butchering, sauces, etc.)
- Cook and plate menu items with consistency and precision
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen managers to execute service smoothly
- Clean and maintain your station during and after shifts
- Rotate and restock inventory as needed
- Ensure all food leaves the kitchen promptly, beautifully presented, and up to our standards
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with teammates and guests
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, or similar)
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and time management
- Excellent understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required
