Looking for a fun, flexible, and rewarding Saturday job? Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is hiring a few extra hands to help in the kitchen on Saturdays only — the perfect opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of a creative, family-owned restaurant and catering company!
We’re especially gearing up for our holiday pop-up bars — Nightmare Before Blitzen’s (Halloween) and Blitzen’s Christmas Bar — two of the most festive and exciting times of the year at Hudson’s! This is your chance to experience the fun and fast-paced energy that comes with themed menus, seasonal cocktails, and a lively crowd celebrating the holidays.

Hudson’s is a family-owned and operated restaurant with deep roots in the Hudson community. Our kitchen is truly a teaching environment, led by a talented team with over 90 years of combined culinary experience among our owners and management.
We take pride in fostering creativity — our weekly specials are designed by our kitchen staff, giving everyone a chance to contribute ideas and learn from one another.
Saturday Schedule
- Brunch: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Regular Menu: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Closed Sundays – enjoy your day off!
