Between our owners and culinary management team, Hudson’s has more than 90 years of combined culinary experience.

That experience is meant to be shared.

Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred, but culinary school is not required.

Your experience, attitude, creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn matter more to us than what's printed on a résumé.

Our Hours

Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturday | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday | CLOSED

Saturday begins with Brunch from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, followed by our regular menu through 9:00 PM.

Individual employee schedules and shift times vary—you are not necessarily working the restaurant's entire operating day.
