Key Responsibilities
- Perform small to medium carpentry repairs on homes and businesses remodeling projects
- Carry out demolition work as directed by the Project Manager
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
- Assist in managing daily schedules and project timelines
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and customers about job progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
- Strong background in flooring, drywall, tile, and painting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and eligible to work in the USA
- Must provide own tools and travel between job sites using personal vehicle
Physical & Success Factors
- Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience
