You Have What It Takes:
- Experience leading, managing, and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
- At least one year of restaurant experience.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs occasionally and operate basic restaurant equipment.
