Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the General Manager to create and support a fun, inviting work environment while helping coach the team.
• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, etc.
• Provide coaching and development for the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate a "Can Do" attitude and provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the team
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Build relationships with guests and ensure satisfaction with their dining experience

Qualifications:

• QSR or Fast-casual experience, preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• An impressive work ethic and desire to learn and gain industry experience
• Highly collaborative nature with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
• Have a desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team
