Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
- Lead team meetings and deliver training to team members.
- Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
- Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
- Review guest feedback results and implement action plans for improvement.
- Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members.
- Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing, and sampling.
- Ensure restaurant budget is met
- Manage cash over/short in the restaurant

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
