Key Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing the restaurant with a flexible schedule, including extended hours
- Support cash register counting and inventory stocking
- Expedite food orders to ensure fast and friendly service
- Follow management directions and uphold company policies and standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and food handling laws
Work Environment & Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours and extended shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Engage courteously with guests and supervise team members effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication, math, and computer skills
- Mature, professional, and positive attitude with a friendly personality
- At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
- Well-groomed and self-disciplined appearance
