Responsibilities:
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant and the Operator
- Has full responsibility for a daypart or segment of the business
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Proven restaurant leadership skills
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven leadership in restaurant experience
- True Servant leader with the utmost character and integrity
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain professional relationships within a larger leadership team structure
- Consistency and reliability

- Highly driven to manage and get results
