As the Front of House Leader at Chick-fil-A Cobb Corners, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver remarkable hospitality and operational excellence. You’ll oversee FOH operations including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, mobile order fulfillment, and guest recovery. You are expected to lead with humility, inspire excellence, and develop future leaders while maintaining our store’s reputation for exceptional guest experiences and high-volume service. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support FOH Shift Leaders, Certified Trainers, and team members across all shifts
  • Build a leadership pipeline by mentoring and developing high-potential individuals
  • Facilitate regular 1-on-1 and team huddles to provide coaching, clarity, and motivation
  • Uphold and model Chick-fil-A Cobb Corners’ Core Values in every interaction
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations across front counter, drive-thru, and mobile channels
  • Oversee peak-hour strategy and execution (especially during breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes)
  • Implement systems for efficient labor deployment, break coverage, and throughput
  • Ensure dining room and service areas exceed brand cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Set the tone for intentional, warm, and attentive hospitality
  • Monitor guest experience scores (CEM), identify trends, and lead improvement efforts
  • Personally address escalated guest complaints with empathy and timely resolution
  • Champion initiatives that enhance the mobile/digital experience 
  • Lead the FOH team to meet or exceed goals in speed of service, accuracy, and friendliness
  • Manage labor efficiency while balancing guest satisfaction and team wellness
  • Collaborate with the Directors, COO, and Operator to meet KPIs
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and lead corrective strategies in real-time


Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Open Availability including weekends and Holidays
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to coach others and hold teams accountable with grace and consistency
  • Comfortable making data-informed decisions and driving performance improvements
  • Familiarity with Chick-fil-A systems (Pathways, RQA, Analytics Hub) preferred
