Your Impact
- Serve as a liaison to the Operator to develop the tools necessary for their long-term success
- Ability to act on behalf of and in the best interest of the Operator
- Delivering operational excellence, working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively operate a multi-million dollar business
- Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching up-and-coming leaders.
- Manage a team, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
- Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promoting sales
- Providing the highest quality guest experience through all sales channels
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Background Profile
- Minimum 1 year Chick-fil-A experience
- Experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant is required
- Experience within the restaurant or quick service food industry
- Experiences in the Back of House operations of a restaurant
- 40-45 hours per week availability, evening and Saturdays are included
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified (preferred)
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed
- Review Training programs and implement training systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for Chick-fil-A and an understanding of Corporate purpose, mission, values
Transparency
- This is truly a hands-on position with up to 75% of each Director's time spent working and directing restaurant operations.

- Our expectation would be a two year time commitment to this role.
