Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Closely follow and adhere to all food safety protocols and procedures
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

- Be willing and able to commit to a morning/opening or night/closing shift and have fully open availability on Saturdays
- Minimum commitment of 2 years
- Be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week (fully open availability on Saturdays are required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older to operate kitchen equipment and perform all job responsibilities
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
The pay is $14 - $18 per hour, pending availability to work. Leadership roles range from $21-$36+ per hour.
