Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store
- Maintain highest level of customer service
- Lead strong operational processes that drive profitability and minimize shrink
- Manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
- Collaborate and work to support Company growth, process improvement and customer experience
- Provide world class customer experience
- Bring Innovative ideas to increase store traffic, sales and merchandising
- Strong ability to stay flexible to shifting priorities
- Lead by example by showcasing professional behavior and high performance
- Inspire those around you to have fun and be creative problem solvers
Requirements:
- Leadership skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of previous retails management experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistency, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
