Restaurant Leader Responsibilities Include:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities
- Offering encouragement to the team for 2nd Mile Service goals
- Providing immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
- Assisting in supporting the training of new hires and setting the tone for shifts
- Being a friendly and encouraging team player
- Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder
- Counting drawers and finalizing the day
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
