The Restaurant Manager Job Description

  • Conduct interviews as needed
  • Familiarity with all operational systems and procedures and continual assessment of these systems/procedures
  • Accepts full responsibility and accountability for their area of the business
  • Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures and understands the back-office procedures and computer applications as needed to effectively help run a shift
  • Certified in Safety and Security to ensure the safety of the team
  • Certified in Mobile and Chick-fil-A Online Ordering (catering)
  • Certified in all training modules pertaining to their area of responsibility
  • Adheres to all uniform standards
  • Mandatory participation in assigned training
  • Responsibility for training on and compliance with all food safety and labor laws
  • ServSafe Certified

Prior experience as restaurant leader or manager preferred.
