Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:
- Champion Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Customer Service in all areas of responsibility
- Identify and act on opportunities to create memorable moments for guests and have a positive impact in our community
- Perform all Front of House restaurant roles (Register, Bagging, Expo, Food Running, Drink/Dessert preparation, Dining Room, etc) and related tasks with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and speed
- Understand, monitor, and engage in Food Safety practices at all times
- Process cash and credit card transactions correctly
- Complete opening, stocking, cleaning, and closing tasks as assigned
- Anticipate needs and move with intention and urgency in all areas of responsibility
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable; demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Firestone's uniform standards, policies, standards of conduct, and operational requirements at all times
- Other duties as assigned
