Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain records.
  • Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Payroll, General Leger, Purchasing & Receiving
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles.
  • Accounting background preferred.
  • Microsoft Office, Quick Books
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
