Job Description:
Demonstrated experience working with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric, within customer environments is highly valued, complementing a strong foundation in M365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Engage with sales teams in a pre-sales capacity to consult, architect solutions, develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive the implementation of the solution.
Effectively scope projects, oversee their execution, and ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
Optimize Microsoft stack within customer environments and identify opportunities for broader Microsoft adoption.
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Cloud products/services including but not limited to M365, Azure, Power Platform, Fabric and CoPilot Studio.
Develop customer paths leveraging ABM methodology focused on data integrity, governance, security, and AI within the Microsoft eco system.
Collaborate with professional and managed services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Represent ABM as a subject matter expert at trade shows, conferences, associations, and other key venues, bridging the gap between advanced technologies like AI and the real-world business value these solutions deliver for our customers.
Serve as the internal and external SME for Microsoft Cloud solutions and AI (Microsoft and other platforms), ensuring ABM remains aligned and ahead of industry trends.
Maintain active engagement with strategic partners including Ingram Micro and PAX8.
Stay connected with Microsoft in a partner capacity to leverage programs, resources, and GTM strategies.
Contribute to technical sales planning.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organization.
Work collaboratively with technical teams in the development and implementation of IT projects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and workflow processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on
Microsoft products and networking technologies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and other
Microsoft technologies. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and infrastructure.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CompTIA Network+, or similar credentials.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing IT projects.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
technical information clearly and concisely.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Certification a plus and willing to obtain certifications during hire and will discuss timeline to achieve: AZ900, AI900, PL900, SC900, MS700, MS900, DP900.
