Donuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area — 365 days a year, no exceptions. Our drivers are the final link in that chain, making sure every restaurant gets exactly what they need, on time, every night. What You'll Do:
- Verify and load your truck by route
- Deliver product safely and on time to Dunkin' restaurant locations
- Maintain product integrity from facility to delivery
- Verify delivery quantities and collect empty baskets and racks at each stop
- Accurately complete all delivery tickets and driver logs
- Return to facility, clean and sanitize racks and baskets
- Report any customer concerns or product quality issues to the Transportation Manager
- Communicate to the Transportation Manager with concerns that are impeding efficient performance of tasks
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety guidelines, and company policies throughout every shift
- Report on time in a clean, complete uniform
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (both are mandatory)
- Must be able to work overnight — shifts daily 10:00pm - 5:00am
- Ability to load, unload, and maneuver delivery racks independently
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
- Clear communicator who can flag issues to management and represent the company professionally at store locations
- Team-oriented and dependable — this is a 365-day operation and reliability matters
