Donuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area every single night. Our Sanitation Leader plays a critical role in making that happen — overseeing a team of Sanitation Specialists, enforcing food safety standards, and working alongside department leaders to keep every corner of the facility clean and compliant. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and holds their team to a high standard.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sanitation Specialists to complete all nightly sanitation tasks safely and on time
- Audit sanitation activities throughout the facility and communicate any deficiencies
- Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized on schedule
- Complete and verify the nightly Sanitation Checklist
- Identify safety violations and report them promptly to the Plant Manager
- Submit maintenance and repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Hold your team accountable to uniform, hygiene, punctuality, and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- Prior sanitation experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environment
- Proven ability to lead a team of 2 or more
- ServSafe certification (or equivalent) preferred — not required
- Self-starter who can manage their team and workload with minimal supervision
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with other department leaders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Available for overnight shifts, 12:00am - 8:00am on a 7-day flexible schedule
