Competitive Compensation

• $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Earn up to $650 per month through our performance-based bonus program—up to $7,800 annually

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead the restaurant while creating an environment where Team Members and guests can thrive.

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
• Coach, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
• Help recruit, interview, and onboard new Team Members
• Assist with scheduling and labor management
• Support inventory control and food-cost management
• Maintain food-safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Monitor cash-handling procedures and ensure company policies are followed
• Lead shifts with confidence while creating a positive and accountable workplace
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for developing people and building successful teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
• Dependability and a willingness to lead by example
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
