What You'll Do

As a Cook / Kitchen Team Member, you'll help prepare the great-tasting food our guests love while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook menu items following Zaxby's recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble guest orders accurately and quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Keep workstations stocked and ready throughout your shift.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
