This on-site, full-time position offers you the chance to develop advanced financial modeling skills, work closely with business development and operations, and contribute to meaningful business decisions in a fun and collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve PalAmerican’s internal pricing model to reflect labor costs, market conditions, and margin targets.
- Research and update pricing assumptions for new geographies, union agreements, and service delivery models.
- Analyze contract performance to enhance pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
- Support operations with pricing tools and training to ensure consistent and accurate client quotes.
- Participate in new business pursuits and bid meetings to provide financial expertise.
- Track and report on rate increases, contract anniversaries, and revenue impact.
- Deliver insightful pricing reports to leadership, helping identify trends and win-rate patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security services, staffing, facilities management, or contract-based service industries.
- Familiarity with bid/proposal pricing, RFP financial responses, and contract cost modeling.
- Knowledge of Winteam or similar financial platforms.
- Understanding of union labor agreements and prevailing wage requirements.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within FP&A.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
