Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and staff entering the lobby
- Direct visitors to the appropriate areas
- Answer and redirect calls using a multi-line phone system
- Execute security emergency procedures and communicate effectively during critical situations
- Perform morning opening procedures at the Institute
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle interruptions efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent
