We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Vice President to lead and inspire operational teams, drive financial performance, and foster strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional Directors, Branch Managers, and operational teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
- Oversee full regional P&L, driving revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement
- Support business development efforts, pricing strategies, and client presentations
- Maintain executive relationships with key clients and represent the company in industry associations
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Execute regional strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals and support M&A activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–12+ years of progressive operational leadership experience with multi-location management
- Strong operational and financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience in security services or related industry preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Combination of office and field-based work with regular regional travel (30–50%)
- Ability to visit client sites in various environments and work prolonged periods at a desk
