Key Responsibilities
- Provide firearm training and qualification for employees
- Build and maintain effective relationships with officers and clients.
- Conduct MILO simulator range classes
- Develop staff through coaching, counseling, and training.
- Coordinate and instruct all mandated training for the account.
- Produce and analyze reports for effective business management.
- Ensure adherence to the company's "Code of Ethics".
- Participate in orientation, training and continual development of staff assigned to the account
- Coordinate and instruct all contractually mandated training for assigned account
Essential Qualifications
- Specialized training in firearms use and safety.
- Two years of experience with weapons, including firearms instruction.
- Certifications: NRA Range Safety Officer, NRA Basic Pistol Instructor, and more.
- AZ DPS Unarmed Security Guard Instructor Certification.
- AZ DPS Armed Security Guard Instructor Certification.
- High School diploma or GED.
Physical Demands
- Work performed in both office and shooting range environments.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to loud noises and varying weather conditions.
- Mobility, vision, and dexterity levels appropriate for the duties.
