Join PalAmerican Security as an Account Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of security officers and supervisors, ensuring high-quality security services are provided to safeguard people and property. You will coordinate essential support services, maintain positive client relationships, and meet financial and operational objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily security operations at the assigned client site.
- Lead and support a team of security officers and supervisors.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Coordinate support services to manage the client site efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure contract compliance and required reporting.
- Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations.
- Communicate staffing needs and develop staff through coaching and training.
- Manage equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account(s).
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of business management/supervisory experience.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
