PalAmerican Security - Administrative Assistant Position

The Administrative Assistant at PalAmerican Security plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the success of our operations team. You will be responsible for managing PalAmerican's uniform program, guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of all uniform orders.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and order uniforms for branch locations.
- Ensure all uniform orders are accurate and received on time by coordinating with the operations team.
- Greet and assist office visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Assist employees with their requests and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one to two years of related experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
