What We Offer:

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
- Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
- Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations
- Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
- Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
- Ensure all shifts are fully manned
- Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
