Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and dispatch security and fire alarms, ensuring prompt and accurate response.
- Operate and oversee CCTV, alarm receiving equipment, and integrated access control systems.
- Maintain detailed logs and prepare reports on incidents and emergencies.
- Use communication tools such as two-way radios, telephones, and computer systems effectively.
- Make emergency notifications and coordinate response teams following established protocols.
- Monitor news outlets and intelligence software for crisis and emergency updates.
- Support after-hours dispatching of facilities personnel and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- United States citizenship and minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid Security Officer certification for assigned state.
- 1-2 years of security or related work experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities and customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain clear-headed during high-stress situations.
- Reliable, positive attitude, and ethical behavior in CCTV operations.
