AFIMAC Canada is actively hiring Warehouse workers for upcoming work in the province of Alberta.
You will earn:
- $28.00 per hour
- 10 hour shifts (possible overtime)
- Hotel accommodations provided when required
- $30 per diem when lodging required
- Contract duration 1-120 days
Responsibilities
- Responsible for filling, checking and packing orders
- Assisting in handling of incoming products
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area/merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 50-lbs
- Operate a powered/electric pallet jack
- Responsible for moving material by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Follow set productivity standards and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to follow set procedures
- 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
- High School graduate or GED equivalency.
- The position requires a self-starter and highly motivated person capable of working with minimal supervision.
