Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
- Proven restaurant management or leadership experience with a focus on guest service and team development
- Strong financial acumen including experience with sales reports, P&L, and labor management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with xcel software and scheduling
- Passionate about driving sales growth and profitability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, and weekends
- Capable of standing or walking up to 10 hours per shift and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
