At Chick-fil-A, our Delivery Drivers are an extension of our in-restaurant hospitality—bringing our signature service and care directly to our guests’ doors.
The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue meet our guest's expectations outside of the restaurant.
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (scheduled)
Pay: $11.00/hour + 100% of tips

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver orders promptly, accurately, and with a caring attitude
• Greet customers warmly at delivery drop-offs
• Follow safe driving practices and traffic laws
• Manage transactions through the delivery app and handle cash as needed
• Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Ensure food packaging, presentation, and quality meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Assist in the restaurant when there are no deliveries
• Consistently uphold the standards outlined in our Team Member Handbook

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Reliable, clean, insured vehicle
• Clean driving record for the past 2 years
• Smartphone to operate the delivery app
• No license suspensions within the past year
Preferred Experience (1 year each):
• Driving
• Delivery or delivery driver
• Customer service
