Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Front and/or Back of House team members during shifts

• Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent execution of restaurant standards

• Maintain a calm, solution-focused mindset in high-pressure situations

• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and guests

• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and encouragement to team members

• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and speed of service

• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly

• Serve as a role model by upholding Chick-fil-A values and creating a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

• Able to lift 10–65 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations a plus
