What You’ll Do:
- Load, monitor, and unload meats at proper times and temperatures
- Operate and maintain the smoker
- Follow prep lists and recipes accurately
- Keep a clean, safe, organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Kitchen or cook experience preferred
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for quality food
