This role is ideal for a hands-on restaurant leader who loves being on the floor, developing talent, and setting the tone for service excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop all Front of House team members
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to 4 Rivers service standards
- Manage daily FOH operations including staffing, scheduling, and floor leadership
- Drive a welcoming, efficient, and guest-focused service environment
- Partner with the management team to recruit, interview, and onboard top talent
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards
- Model 4 Rivers values through communication, consistency, and leadership presence
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating leadership style
- Ability to lead calmly and confidently in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on approach—comfortable jumping in wherever needed
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
