Service Manager – 4 Rivers Smokehouse

We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our Front of House operations and help deliver the exceptional hospitality and “above and beyond” guest experience that 4 Rivers is known for. This position plays a key role in developing our team, maintaining our service standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop all Front of House team members through coaching, communication, and example.
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, staffing, and floor management.
- Maintain 4R standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that reflects our 4 Rivers culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for great food, great people, and great service.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a “hands-on” leadership style.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
