The 4 Rivers Smokehouse Catering Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the catering department, and to the Catering Sales Managers. Conduct that demonstrates commitment and dedication to our 4R culture and company values is expected at all times. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established and revised by 4R from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree 
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Hospitality/F&B/Event Planning Experience
• Strong customer service experience and skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with catering software 

Some Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Acts as liaison between Catering Sales Manager and the Smokehouse Manager
• Assits in event management
• Schedules drivers, maintains delivery vehicles and event equipment
• Expos food for quality and temperature assurance
• Other duties as needed in support of the overall catering department operation
