What You’ll Do as a 4R Smoker:
As our Smoker, you’re the soul of our Smokehouse. You’ll prepare and smoke our signature meats, ensuring every bite lives up to the 4 Rivers name.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Mastering the use of our smoker and cooking meats to perfection
- Following recipes and prep lists with accuracy and speed
- Labeling, rotating, and storing ingredients properly
- Managing temperature and timing for each product
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Using knives and kitchen tools safely and efficiently
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous cook or kitchen prep experience
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player mindset and a passion for food
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
