Join the 4 Rivers Jacksonville Catering team! The Catering Sales Manager role involves soliciting, negotiating, and closing new direct sales for 4R Restaurant Group’s catering business. You will work closely with vendors and operations to ensure successful event execution. This position offers a competitive base salary plus monthly commission based on experience.

REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in restaurant, catering, event planning, or hospitality industries
• Prior success in sales with strong negotiation skills
• Proven track record of increasing sales and cultivating relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for a culture of charity, hospitality, and integrity
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Experience in a rapidly growing business environment
• Ability to travel locally and beyond
• Valid driver’s license meeting 4R standards

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in catering sales for multi-location restaurant groups
• Familiarity with catering software
• Advanced sales techniques and local event venue knowledge

POSITION FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Solicit, negotiate, and book direct catering business
• Accurately manage catering orders and communicate with operations teams
• Coordinate event details and client requests
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Promote catering and the 4R brand through events and tastings
• Achieve budgeted catering sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge and community visibility
• Participate in meetings and perform assigned duties
