At 4 Rivers Smokehouse, we believe great barbecue is only part of the experience. We’re looking for a Dining Room Lead who takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, notices the little things, and enjoys connecting with people. You’ll help lead the dining room experience by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-focused while supporting the team and creating “wow” moments throughout the day.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
- Keep the dining room, beverage station, and condiment areas clean and organized
- Proactively assist guests with trays, high chairs, utensils, sauces, and refills
- Check in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their meal
- Help create memorable guest experiences through small, thoughtful touches
- Support overall smokehouse operations and teamwork during busy shifts
- Lead by example with urgency, positivity, and attention to detail
- Step in quickly to resolve guest concerns and turn challenges into great experiences
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for serving others
- Someone who notices details and takes initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and move with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
